Land Use

Local citizens and conservation groups are invested in making sure land in Oregon is used for appropriate types of development (or lack thereof).  Crag Law Center’s clients often undertake projects to ensure the protection of natural areas, the preservation of rural communities, and the enforcement of local zoning laws.  Our clients often ask us to step in to ensure fair and balanced implementation of measure 37 & transition to measure 49 through vested rights determinations.

In addition to litigation, Crag assists partners and clients with other forms of nonprofit support as well as mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution.
