Celebrate Community & Resistance this Earth Day

For 25 years, Crag has put the power of the law into the hands of the people.

This Earth Day, we’re celebrating and uplifting the communities who power our work with fun events and opportunities to connect with local businesses who share our commitment to a sustainable future. Here are 5 ways to power the next wave of wins and support 6 great local business partners at the same time!

1) Become a Crag Guardian & Double your Impact

Join our community of monthly donors that powers our work all year long. All recurring donations this year will be doubled – and help us unlock $25,000 for the legal fights ahead.

And to sweeten the deal, the first 25 supporters who sign up for a monthly donation of $25/month or more will get a free Berry Berry chocolate bar and 25% off a one-time purchase from our friends at Wildwood® (shipping not included).

2) Join us at an event

Brunch it up with friends at Tin Shed, or join us at a special Earth Day Happy Hour at Fire on the Mountain! This Earth Day, Wednesday, April 22, Tin Shed is donating 20% of sales to Crag, and Fire on the Mountain is donating 10% of sales from all three locations to Crag as well!

3) Donate $50 and get a sweet discount

Donate $50+ to Crag this month and Wildwood® will thank you with 25% off the purchase of any chocolate or confections when you shop Wildwood®’s online store. The discount doesn’t cover shipping, but they offer a local pick-up in Portland!

4) Shop and support Crag

Buy Thunderpants

Treat yourself to some Portland-made, organic, wedgie-proof undies, leggings, and more from our friends at Thunderpants USA. From April 20 – 26, Thunderpants will donate 10% of all sales to Crag!

Shop with Poppy & Finch

Experience joy, connection, and learn about native plants with Poppy & Finch, an educational native plant inspired workshops & design studio. Shop one-of-a-kind living botanical creations, gift products, book nature-inspired botanical workshops for private parties or team-building events, and consult on how to transform your small outdoor balconies into mini-habitat corridors with creative botanical solutions using native plants. Poppy & Finch will donate 10% of sales during Earth Week from Monday, April 20 through Sunday, April 26th.

5) Invest in the next 25 years of impact

By including Crag Law Center in your will, estate, or charitable giving plan, you can create a lasting legacy of environmental protection. Use our secure, easy-to-use online LifeLegacy tool to help you make a free will and plan for your future.

“Crag is a most wonderful crew of smart, dedicated, delightful, and caring individuals who we deeply admire and appreciate. Crag is not only directly making a substantial difference in saving, supporting, and sustaining the Natural World we love. Their efforts also support a whole universe of caring people and organizations who fight to protect the environment. We are proud to be a part of Crag’s ongoing legacy.”

– Bill & Jeanne Dalton, Crag Legacy supporters

“Crag protects the wild places, clean water, and communities that make the Pacific Northwest what it is. Supporting them monthly as a Crag Guardian was an easy yes—it’s a way to stand behind work that truly matters.”

“We became monthly donors to Crag Law Center because they help everyday people protect habitats and communities, which is at the heart of everything we do at Poppy & Finch. Crag helps communities win lasting changes for the environment. Giving monthly felt like a simple way to support that impact and be part of something bigger.”

– Weina Dinata, Owner of Poppy & Finch, Crag Guardian
