On Thursday, January 16th, two courageous young women from Eugene will argue their Atmospheric Trust case before the Oregon’s Court of Appeals. The case was brought by Crag clients Kelsey Juliana, Olivia Chenaik and their mothers to compel the Oregon State government to create a viable climate recovery plan for reducing carbon dioxide emissions in order to protect Oregon’s natural resources.
