What brought you to Crag: I’ve loved the outdoors my whole life, and always enjoyed learning about environmental science and biology. Over time, my interest in science morphed into an interest in the legal and policy-based issues facing the environment, especially as I learned more about the importance of protecting natural resources and the communities who rely on them. I came to Crag through a program at my university that sends students to volunteer at nonprofits around the world each summer. I’m currently hoping to attend law school after college, and Crag seemed like a fantastic opportunity to learn more about what goes into effective and meaningful legal protection.
