How many bathrooms are located in the building?
There are three bathrooms in the building, and one on the first floor. The downstairs bathroom is fully ADA compliant and all bathrooms are built according to ADA standards.
Are there gender neutral bathrooms?
Yes, all bathrooms are labeled gender neutral.
Is the building multi-story, and if so, are all activities on the ground floor?
The building is multi-story, but all scheduled activities will take place on the ground floor.
There is a back patio available. A curb is required to get outside onto a short deck, and then a step is required to get down onto the back patio.
Volunteers can assist if people using mobility devices want to access the patio.
Is there a quiet place at the event where I can calm down if I become overstimulated?
Yes, we will assign a quiet room for the use of neurodivergent people and parents of infants.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the front entrance is wheelchair accessible.
Is seating available for people who need it?
Yes, we can provide seating to people who need it.
Do we have seating available for a variety of bodies and access needs?
We have approximately 8 large armchairs available in addition to our plastic cushioned seating.

Who can I ask any accessibility questions I have the day of the event, and how can I identify this person?
Please ask Ari Wolf, or our Crag Staff or volunteers. All staff and volunteers will identify themselves with nametags.
Will there be gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, vegetarian, and vegan food options available?
Yes, there will be a variety of food options for those dietary needs and they will be clearly labeled.
Can I request a complete list of ingredients of specific catering options?
We will have a list of ingredients on hand for all food items.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will there be very bright lights or flashes between the frequencies of 5 to 30 flashes per second?
No.
Is there accessible parking?
We have street parking available. If you need parking-related mobility assistance or have safety concerns on the day of the event, please call our main Crag phone line at 503.525.2724.
Will a volunteer be available to stand in line for me at the food station if I use a mobility aid and cannot stand for the entire time?
Yes, any volunteer can help.
Will a volunteer be available to stand in line for the bathroom if I use a mobility aid and cannot stand for the entire time?
Yes, any volunteer can help.
Will a volunteer be able/willing to cut the line for me if I have a bathroom emergency/stoma and cannot wait?
Yes, please just ask.
Will a parent room/childcare be offered?
We will offer a quiet room for parents with young children.
Is there a first aid kit available?
Yes, we have a first aid kit on site.
